Here’s how it works, step by step
- Step 1 Choose your holiday home in Quay West
- Step 2 Agree fixed purchase price with Connect 2 including the turkey furnished option
- Step 3 Pay booking deposit of €3,000 to Connect 2 to secure rent/purchase deal
- Step 4 Sign contract to rent & purchase “conditional” with the following:
- Annual rent of €12, 000 per annum for 2 years
- Option to purchase at fixed price in 2 years LESS 2 year rental refund of €24,000 off the purchase price (you’ve just rented your first 2 years free-of-charge)
- Option clause NOT to purchase after 2 years………and you’ve only paid for 2 years rental income on your holiday home!

New Holiday Home Fixed Purchase Price at July 2010 ~ €275,000
(includes full turnkey furnished 4-star package)
Commence rental contract July 2008
3 months in advance €3,000 (already paid in booking deposit)
October 2008 sign monthly DD for €1,000 p.m. to June 2010
June 2010 Option to purchase at €251,000
Fixed Price €275,000 less rental income of €24,000 paid

Opt-Out of Purchase Scheme…..you’ve just rented for 2 years only!
